- Support initiatives related to leadership capability building and culture transformation
- Help document and refine development journeys, stretch assignments, and capability frameworks.
HRBP Partnership
- Attend and support team meetings; summarize discussions and track action plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
Operational Excellence
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentation materials for leadership discussions
- Manage multiple priorities with structured time management
- Support administrative and coordination tasks with a continuous improvement mindset.
