  • Help document and refine development journeys, stretch assignments, and capability frameworks.

HRBP Partnership

  • Attend and support team meetings; summarize discussions and track action plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Operational Excellence

  • Prepare reports, documentation, and presentation materials for leadership discussions
  • Manage multiple priorities with structured time management
  • Support administrative and coordination tasks with a continuous improvement mindset.
