- Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain reports and datasets using Excel and/or Python
- Support the design, documentation, and improvement of supply chain processes

- Assist in executing process improvement initiatives and operational projects
- Create clear documentation, trackers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Communicate insights, findings, and recommendations in a structured and professional way
