- Support on challenging material planning to ensure demands from current production and new programs
- Maintain accurate MRP data to reflect confirmed delivery quantities and due dates from suppliers, validate, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies
- Assist onboarding and training of new suppliers to ensure operational excellence and compliance with Tesla’s supply chain processes and policies
- Deliver material coverage and cost analyses as needed. Provide data-driven decision support to the organization through what-if and scenario planning
- System enhancement and implementation to optimally reflect supply chain
- Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Procurement, NPI, etc.) and external partners (suppliers etc.) to optimize the supply chain and ensure the flow of material
- Gather experience of ramping up the material planning process in one of the most advanced high-volume electric vehicle factories in the world
- Work in a highly dynamic and international environment.
