• Support the planning and execution of retail marketing and in-store activations, helping bring Vans’ brand, culture, and stories to life in stores
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Creative, Visual Merchandising, and other Marketing functions) to gather all tactics needed to deliver engaging in-store events and consumer activations
  • Assist with retail marketing operations across EMEA, supporting different store formats (Owned, Partner, Outlet)
  • Contribute to training and communication materials for store teams ahead of key activations or events
  • Help execute retail campaigns and store activations, including in-store visuals, digital retail communications, and event-related materials
  • Provide day-to-day support on cross-functional needs, such as copy coordination, translations, and event logistics
  • Work closely with DTC (Direct To Consumer) Retail teams (district and store managers) to support smooth execution at store level
  • Support the creation of briefs and post-activation recaps, capturing learnings and best practices for future in-store initiatives
  • Support basic budget tracking and purchase order follow-up in coordination with the team.
