Based from our office in Billund, you will join the Additive Engineering team, who is responsible for the development, engineering, and delivery of Additive Manufacturing (AM) elements and equipment at the LEGO Group. The department focuses on applying polymer and metal AM technologies to production needs by developing robust engineering solutions and establishing standardized processes for reliable manufacturing. In close collaboration with the AM technology development team, Additive Engineering supports the maturing and scaling of AM technologies toward large-scale industrial use.
To be specific, you will:
- Drive progress and delivery of specific tasks to be completed across multiple product teams, e.g. Design of Experiments.
- Share knowledge, experience and results with stakeholders and specialists in the organization to ensure general learning and competency building.
- Experience working hands-on by operating and experimenting with Additive Manufacturing machines.
- Be a member of our Additive Engineering team and participate in team meetings, social events, etc.
