As a member of the Advanced Chemistry Technologies group, our new colleague will work to advance the development and application of new platform technologies such as electrochemistry to facilitate complex intermediate and API synthesis. The incumbent will play an integral role in R&D’s mission to develop innovative technologies that accelerate our clients’ groundbreaking therapeutics to clinical readiness.
What you will do:
- Proficiently utilize a wide range of laboratory techniques to execute experiments at a high level. Conduct chemical synthesis experiments (e.g., synthetic methods development, process development / optimization, synthetic preparations) – at the lab to pilot scale – to the desired quality, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Effectively communicate individual results in oral and written format.
- Maintain an accurate and detailed laboratory notebook detailing experiments. Document results in well-organized written reports.
