Two kind of internship :

 

Equity Brand Manager

  • Support the development and execution of global or EU media campaign assets, from creative concept to multi‑market adaptations.
  • Contribute to packaging identity refreshes in collaboration with Design teams.
  • Coordinate the brand’s cultural activation calendar (digital, influence, partnerships).
  • Manage monthly performance reviews with countries (sales, activations, best practices).
  • Consolidate learnings and contribute to playbooks, summaries, and knowledge‑sharing materials.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Media agencies and internal partners (Digital, Insights, R&I, etc.).

Innovation & Portfolio Strategy Brand Manager

  • Analyze market performance (Nielsen, Cantar), emerging trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Identify innovation opportunities and contribute to concept creation based on consumer insights.
  • Support renovation projects: recipe adjustments, format evolution, claims optimization, etc.
  • Coordinate project timelines, governance documents, and gate reviews.
  • Build and update best‑practice libraries and inspiration spaces for markets.
  • Interact daily with cross‑functional teams (Supply, Finance, R&I, Insights, Regulatory, Design…).
