Two kind of internship :
Equity Brand Manager
- Support the development and execution of global or EU media campaign assets, from creative concept to multi‑market adaptations.
- Contribute to packaging identity refreshes in collaboration with Design teams.
- Coordinate the brand’s cultural activation calendar (digital, influence, partnerships).
- Manage monthly performance reviews with countries (sales, activations, best practices).
- Consolidate learnings and contribute to playbooks, summaries, and knowledge‑sharing materials.
- Collaborate with Creative and Media agencies and internal partners (Digital, Insights, R&I, etc.).
Innovation & Portfolio Strategy Brand Manager
- Analyze market performance (Nielsen, Cantar), emerging trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Identify innovation opportunities and contribute to concept creation based on consumer insights.
- Support renovation projects: recipe adjustments, format evolution, claims optimization, etc.
- Coordinate project timelines, governance documents, and gate reviews.
- Build and update best‑practice libraries and inspiration spaces for markets.
- Interact daily with cross‑functional teams (Supply, Finance, R&I, Insights, Regulatory, Design…).
