• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and international affiliates to align and support organizational initiatives
  • Project & Change Support: Assist the Change Manager in driving ongoing change initiatives and fostering effective communication across stakeholders
  • Administrative Support: Organize meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and visual materials
  • HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR processes in an international context
  • Internal Communication: Co-create and design content for our monthly HR newsletter.
