• Support the analysis and evolution of the Group organizational model
  • Assist in reviewing organizational structures, role definitions, and job architecture
  • Maintain and document organizational processes and policies within Workday (Organization CoE, Workday Organization module)
  • Contribute to global headcount monitoring and organizational data analysis
  • Support the monitoring and follow-up of the HR Strategic Plan and related KPIs
  • Prepare materials and analysis for internal presentations and senior management forums
  • Assist with HR reporting and basic data-driven analysis to support decision-making
  • Collaborate in benchmarking and best-practice research related to organizational and HR trends
  • Support initiatives related to process optimization, digitalization and change management within the HR function
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects at Group level.
