Conduct general vendor and market segments research and analysis;
Conduct enquiries for cooperation with United Nations and other international organisations.
Assist in administration, digitisation and record management of the purchase orders, contracts awards and claim management.
Assist with the data entry and preliminary vendor and contract assessment for registration in the Vendor Information Management System and Contract Tracking software;
Prepare summaries of important decisions in procurement planning and keep track in the planning tool;
Attend meetings when requested and prepare minutes; the aim is to improve the processes for planning and solicitation.
Conduct other tasks as needed, including occasional assignments for one of the other units of the Section as appropriate.
Provide a final report assessment through a concise word document and excel sheet model that shall enable the Court procurement team to present the internship learning and deliveries.
