• Posting job ads and screening applications
  • Active participation in recruitment processes (mainly for IT profiles, but also non‑IT), from screening to the offer stage
  • Active and strategic sourcing of international and local candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and alternative search techniques, applying innovative recruitment approaches
  • Drafting engaging messages and content for direct candidate outreach
  • Participating in interviews and preparing structured interview notes
  • Writing candidate communications (follow‑ups, feedback, etc.)
  • Updating and maintaining data in the internal ATS
  • Communicating with various internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating on employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement projects
  • Recruitment activities will have an international scope, with a strong focus on the Portuguese market
