- Monitoring regulatory developments applicable to asset management and AIFM activities
- Assisting in regulatory assessments (legal and regulatory research, gap analysis and drafting of compliance memorandum)
- Participating in the review, update and implementation of the Five Arrows Global Compliance framework (including drafting policies and procedures and training materials etc.)
- Supporting ongoing compliance projects, including internal controls, regulatory reviews and audits
- Assisting in the preparation of reports for senior management and Group compliance.
