We are currently looking for an Intern to join the Thematic Equity Team within the Global Investment Platform. The intern will work closely with investment professionals and contribute to both investment research and the continued development of the team’s data and AI capabilities. What you do:
- Work closely with the Thematic Equity and Active Engineering Equity teams to translate investment ideas into scalable analytical solutions
- Write structured, reusable and well-documented code, applying quality checks
- Apply generative AI and large language models to company classification, document analysis, investment research and other investment-related use cases
- Develop and refine prompts, evaluate AI outputs critically and implement validation processes to improve accuracy and reliability
- Take ownership of defined development and analytical tasks, troubleshoot technical issues and contribute ideas for improving existing tools and processes
- Research companies and structural investment themes using available financial market data.
The position will be based in our Frankfurt or Munich office.
