- Develop and implement AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and related technologies. You will improve AI knowledge bases using internal documentation and operational procedures and support the creation of AI-driven knowledge management and self-service solutions.
- Contribute to automation and digital transformation initiatives that simplify business processes and improve efficiency across Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing laboratories in Europe.
- Analyse and structure data to generate actionable insights, support reporting and trend analysis, and help drive data-based decisions.
- Support cross-functional projects with teams across Europe and contribute to process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
