- Prepare and configure new computers (PC & Mac) for employees
- Refurbish and maintain existing hardware and equipment
- Respond to IT support tickets via Helpdesk tools (Jira, etc.)
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support the installation of new office spaces (screens, network, meeting rooms)
- Help manage and track IT equipment and inventory
- Provide day-to-day technical support to internal teams
- Contribute to improving Helpdesk processes and efficiency
