- Assist in developing and strengthening our real estate valuation desk and audit assist valuation function.
- Contribute to real estate valuation engagements, including valuations of investment properties, development projects, real estate portfolios and valuation review assignments, applying market methodologies and industry standards.
- Perform financial modeling under income, market and cost approaches.
- Conduct real estate market research to support valuation assumptions, such as rental benchmarks, capitalization rates, discount rates and other key metrics.
- Participate in client meetings and interviews, both in-person and virtually, to gather critical information and understand the characteristics of underlying real estate assets.
