- Analysing political developments to help enable Bayer’s business to better respond to political changes
- Support the preparation of position papers, briefings, and materials for engagements of seniors and executives with policymakers, trade associations, and other external stakeholders
- Help maintain and develop stakeholder maps and engagement logs across relevant policy domains
- Support cross-divisional collaboration by ensuring timely dissemination of public affairs intelligence across relevant business units AI Transition
- Support the team in an exciting time of rolling out AI process across the global public affairs organisation
- Develop agents, workflows and skills which specifically address the needs of modern day public affairs professionals
