- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the Philips security control framework and security-assessment processes through AI and automation.
- Map assessment workflows, stakeholder needs, relevant data sources and practical constraints.
- Prepare, structure and analyze real-world security and control data.
- Develop proof-of-concept AI-assisted or automated assessment workflows and, where feasible, support their progression toward a pilot.
- Define evaluation measures covering quality, reliability, false positives, false negatives, explainability and user trust.
- Apply appropriate privacy, information-security, traceability and human-review requirements throughout the work.
- Test prototypes with stakeholders, incorporate feedback and communicate findings through clear analyses, visualizations and decision-ready recommendations.
- Document the approach, limitations and recommended next steps so the work can be understood and continued by the team.
