- Support the annual and mid-year RISE campaigns.
- Prepare communications, guidance materials, presentations and reporting.
Talent Engagement & Community
- Prepare presentations, dashboards and materials for talent rooms.
- Animate the MH Talent Champions community and create engaging toolkits and communications.
- Contribute to benchmarking and sharing talent development best practices.Support VIE and other global talent initiatives.
Project Coordination & Analytics
- Maintain project plans, trackers, SharePoint resources and reporting.
- Consolidate data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery.
