A new innovation project has arisen in the Final Assembly Line (FAL) of the A400M for a Recent Graduate OR Last Year Student Engineer. The Project is based on deploying a new CATIA Manufacturing Solution (CMS) within the FAL.The project will consist of the following phases:
- Acquisition of the necessary skills and familiarity with the processes, procedures and tools for FAL A400M.
- Support the project leader for the implementation of CMS: monitoring the level of progress in each of the work packages; maintenance of the documentation of the project (KPIs, DEMAT); management of the communication agenda; resolution of basic issues arising during the development of the project; active participation in training sessions and skill classes; reporting.
- Project documentation. Elaboration of a memory with lessons learned.
