In this internship, you will develop automation tools in Python to test hardware and firmware. You will also manage and collect data throughout testing. This position involves testing software systems that control hardware for measurement in camera applications, ensuring the reliability and robustness of these systems.

 

You Will:

  • Develop and implement automation tools for testing hardware (HW) and firmware (FW) using Python.
  • Handle and collect data efficiently during testing processes.
  • Ensure that the testing processes are robust and reliable.
  • Work with a multi-cultural and international team.
  • Analyse and interpret data collected from tests to provide insights and improvements.
  • Conduct experiments using gloss meters and profilometers to collect data on various printed samples
  • Analyse the data to identify patterns and correlations between gloss values and roughness parameters
  • Systematically adjust print settings to evaluate their impact on surface roughness
  • You will work within the R&D team at Canon Production Printing, collaborating with experts in materials science and print technology.
  • You will create communication material and update our intranet site around total rewards, global mobility and performance management processes.
  • You will support the development and maintenance of compensation structures.
  • You will conduct market research and analyze salary benchmarking data.
  • You will help to harmonize compensation and performance management processes across all our locations.
  • You will collaborate with the global team to evaluate and improve existing reward programs, such as employee recognition initiatives, benefits packages, and incentive schemes.
  • Engage and represent: you drive communication for digitalization by developing and implementing strategies, creating engaging content, regularly posting on our community, connecting with other communities, and sending out newsletters to generate traffic on our community page
  • Convince with words: you create presentations and other materials for top management meetings and communication channels, and devise cool initiatives and campaigns to promote digitalization tools across Infineon
  • Manage change initiatives: you assist in planning and executing change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and developing change management plans
  • Change initiative rollout: you assist in the development and execution of implementation plans, ensuring successful communication with stakeholders through feedback loops and evaluate relevant KPI’s in the rollout phase to assess the impact of initiatives and make necessary adjustments
  • Facilitate transitions: you develop and digitalize training programs and materials to support digitalization initiatives, and offer these trainings on our IFX training platform
  • Exercise organizational talent: you organize various events, such as internal yearly conferences and communication and change management workshops. Update and prepare regular reports to support decision-making, such as, budget decisions and progress reports on change initiatives.

 

SAP Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) manages coordinated disclosure of vulnerabilities on all SAP products and cloud solutions. As part of Global Security Operations, PSIRT is a global organization with responsibility in SAP products and technologies incident response. We partner with external security researchers and customers, as well with internal stakeholders in legal, media relations, and customer support to accurately representing SAP’s position on publicly discussed / disclosed vulnerabilities. SAP PSIRT has regional hubs in Germany, India, and Canada.

This internship provides the opportunity to develop innovative concepts and prototypes focused on process improvements and automation.
