Your main tasks around CSR will be:

-Sustainability reporting

• Enhance and structure the methodology of indicators and the reporting protocol
• Implement and manage the CSR data collection on the reporting tool Tennaxia Platform
• Participate to the training of new local contributors (for ESG KPIs)
• Participate to the design and drafting of the sustainability report aligned with the CSRD requirements
• Suggest possible evolutions of CSR data to be collected for the Reporting expected in 2025 (Green Taxonomy, CSRD, etc.)

-Support the Sustainability Road Map

• Quarterly retrieve follow-up data from action owners
• Support the CSR Co-leaders in the execution of the sustainability strategy (objectives, KPIs and targets)

-Green Taxonomy (% green capex, % green opex, % green turnover)

• Determine the information to be reported and supporting documents from an audit perspective
• Collect available information and identify those missing in current information systems to automate the collection and reliability of the data to be reported
• Determine the consistency of our current tools with the needs as well as any training to follow (Finance & CSR teams)

• Identifier les insights consommateurs les plus pertinents sur nos lignes (brief d’études spécifiques sur les insights locaux)
• Recommander les assortiment stratégiques par marché (en lien avec les ouvertures de portes)
• Suivre et analyser la performance des lignes et lancements (retours marché, reporting mensuel).

-Gérer les développements produits 

• Définir les concepts produit en veillant à la cohérence avec les attentes des régions (dont Asie Pacifique)
• Estimer le potentiel de ses nouveautés en lien avec les régions
• Suivre la conformité des produits aux réglementations Chine (formules, packagings)
• Gérer le développement de ces produits jusqu’à mise sur le marché, en collaboration avec les différents acteurs développement et business.

-Définir et orchestrer les stratégies de lancements en lien avec les régions

• Construire le Roll out des nouveautés en collaboration avec les équipes de la direction Artistique ainsi que le training
• Développer des assets forts pour les «key commercials périod» pour maximiser le succès des lancements, au global comme au local.

Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as GTN Intern:

• G2N tool: update and maintain the G2N tool to ensure a proper functionality and support the team to analyse the markets trends and variances over the time in the overall effort to inform the brand management as well the financial processes. Also collect new tool’s requirements across EMEA based on the evolution of the sales organization setup and carry-out the implementation in the tool
• Monthly forecast tools: update and maintain the monthly forecast tools, making sure the data are always updated and aligned with the brand seasonal processes
• Demand optimization: support the team to analyse the inefficiencies in the demand conversion and coordinate across the markets the ship or cancel process. Prepare the appropriate reporting and tools to analyse the key accounts conversion
• Shipment reporting: ensure all the standard shipment reports are properly set and scheduled on time and work with the internal departments to solve any potential issue. Support the team to run reports and analysis to manage ad-hoc business needs.
