• Knowledge Base Migration and Optimization. Contribute to the structuring, migration, and maintenance of all existing and new content within our new AI-powered Knowledge Base tool, Mayday
  • Content Strategy & Architecture. Design and implement a unified content strategy across our five different products, ensuring content is logically organized and easily discoverable
  • Knowledge Creation and Transformation. Transform existing training materials and long articles into actionable formats, such as new documentation and structured decision trees
  • Quality & Consistency Management. Review and enhance the overall quality and consistency of the documentation, ensuring a unified tone and clear voice across all content
  • AI Integration and Curation. Assist in the creation and testing of AI agents within the new tool to maximize its advanced search and support capabilities for Customer Support agents as well as the Knowledge team.
  • Campaign Creation: Assist in developing, implementing, and optimizing ad hoc CRM campaigns (E-mail/SMS/WA) to engage audience, drive customer retention, and grow revenues. Coordinate different campaigns, from NPLs, Promotions, Omnichannel projects (services etc.)
  • Template Design: Create engaging E-mail templates with partly Global assets, and the rest created internally. This includes using your creativity on finding the best wording/visuals for a specific segment
  • Activity Monitoring Campaign Performance: Perform daily and weekly monitoring of online campaign performance across 18 affiliates, to identify improvement areas to support brand.com business
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in consolidate sales reports and analyse customer behaviour through weekly and monthly reports
  • Marketing Calendar: Support the team in developing and maintaining the CRM calendars
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and monitor e-commerce/CRM trends and online innovations. Support the team in AB Testing new features and strategies to optimize communication.
 

With the support and guidance of the assigned tutor, the intern will have the opportunity to consolidate their academic training at BASF’s Zona Franca site. They will have the unique opportunity of participating in the migration to a new Enterprise Management System covering all processes from logistics to manufacturing and collaborating on various specific tasks:

  • Support cleansing and formatting of local data for uploading and migration.
  • Support review and approval Excel data before migration to S/4HANA, flagging issues as needed.
  • Support migrated data validation in S/4HANA and confirm alignment with process an design.
  • Help UAT definition and create test scripts with input from Key Users and Local Experts.
  • Run test cases, log defects, retest fixes, and enures timely completion of all scenarios.
  • Validate system stability across waves and maintain test suites for consistent quality.
  • Prepare tailored training materials in coordination with Central IT.
  • Conduct classroom sessions for End Users, track training progress, and provide ongoing learning support.
  • Collaborate with Site Captains, Key Users and Rollout Leads to prepare and support cutover at site.
