Support the Brand Experience ( Brand Environment & Visual Merchandising areas) in all projects related to POS Support and VM set ups omnichannel.

VM South

  • Support BE Team with all requests of POS support in wholesale accounts providing to the main contact the information needed for the production and deliveries and keeping the communication with the Sales Key Account Mgrs and the partners.
  • Work with the K. Account assortments to select and provide the best imagery selection for the season.
  • Check the  Retail Mainline & Wholesale Imagery Change Out decks to be sure the stores received the right graphics.
  • Check all pictures received from the stores to ensure the graphics are placed in the right location.
  • Manage and solved with the agencies any issue ( delivery dates , damaged materials, missing ones).
  • Support the South VM Mger in different communications to the stores ( campaigns, information requests, ...).

 

As a student, you can learn about supply planning for a paints/coatings production site. This involves developing efficient plans to meet customer demand and managing resources. You will also need to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging, manage relationships with suppliers, and plan for the distribution of products.

  • Piloter opérationnellement des campagnes emails, SMS, push notifications et suivre leur performance par rapport aux prévisionnels. Les outils de marketing automation n’auront plus de secret pour vous (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce…)
  • Produire des analyses chiffrées et des bilans post opération
  • Suivre la relation avec les clients et coordonner entre les différentes équipes internes: designers, chefs de projets, développeurs, data analysts...
  • Understand a broad portfolio of NIQ solutions, such as market analysis tools, consumer behavior tracking systems, and data visualization platforms.
  • Investigate, validate, and resolve client queries through efficient workflows.
  • Perform feasibility studies and analyze data to determine the most appropriate solution.

Product Requirements Analysis:

  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and refining product requirements for the Toll Price API, focusing on customer use cases such as “bring-your-own-route” toll calculation, vehicle parameter customization, and real-time pricing for fleets, ride-hailing, and OEMs.
  • Translate high-level product goals into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.

Market & Competitive Research:

  • Benchmark industry-leading toll APIs (e.g., HERE, PTV) and articulate what sets TomTom's solution apart—such as dynamic, real-time pricing and map-agnostic design.
  • Analyze user pain points and research enterprise fleet, ride-hailing, and automotive customer needs.

Product Scoping & Prioritization:

  • Work with product managers to clarify core and future product scope:
    • Which user segments and regions to prioritize
    • Which capabilities belong to the MVP versus future releases (e.g., per-segment cost breakdown, multi-route queries, geographic provider selection).
  • Contribute to backlog grooming and define out-of-scope features.

API & Technical Documentation:

  • Collaborate with engineering and DevOps to document API endpoints, wrapper design, and data flows (focusing on vehicle parameters, route input, result anonymization, and third-party integrations).
  • Support creation and testing of API specifications and user workflows.

Operational Excellence & Performance:

  • Collect and interpret usage and performance metrics (e.g., latency, API calls, error rates) to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Track team progress against key success metrics: adoption, onboarding, commercial conversion, and support tickets.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Help facilitate communication across product, engineering, and business stakeholders (Sales, Tech LT, OEM partners).
  • Contribute to executive update materials and product review discussions.
