Human Resources Intern will gain exposure to the Human Resources function by supporting employee lifecycle processes and various departmental projects. As HR intern, you’ll learn the main HR Business Partner activities to gain basic understanding of the day in the life of an HR Generalist. You will support HR projects and help in all administrative tasks related to Human Resources area.  

Excellent communication and analytical skills are key, as is the ability to influence and collaborate with others across the organization. Creativity, analytical skills, being able to think creatively and come up with new and fresh ideas.

  • You work with various survey data sources and produce the tables needed to answer the internal clients’ requests
  • You prepare all the materials/logistics needed in order to get the surveys conducted
  • You manage the day-to-day follow-up with the suppliers and internal TME clients
  • You prepare reports with analysis and recommendations in-line with the objectives and in a visually attractive way.
  • You contribute to the communication of the research results
