Basé à Dijon (21) et au sein de la Direction Technique Région Est, tu seras rattaché(e) à Jessica et à son équipe qui ont hâte de t’accueillir.  En rejoignant SUEZ, tu contribueras à ton échelle, à la protection des ressources et des milieux naturels. Durant ta formation (parce que oui, tu es là pour apprendre), tu auras l’opportunité d’effectuer les missions suivantes:

  • Comprendre les enjeux réglementaires et opérationnels du diagnostic permanent
  • Assimiler la méthodologie SUEZ Eau France concernant le diagnostic permanent
  • Réaliser des études d’initialisation du diagnostic permanent sur toute la région Est
  • Aider à la mise en place du diagnostic permanent : réalisation d’un état initial, définition et mise en place d’actions…
  • Présenter le résultat des études / bilans annuels aux agences territoriales puis aux clients / collectivités
  • Appuyer sur des sujets Collecte au niveau de la région.
  • Data Process Automation (40%): identify and automate key data processes within the Sales department to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaboration (30%): work closely with business teams to understand the processes inside out, and with Data Asset Managers, Data Engineers, and Product Managers to determine automation opportunities on current workflows
  • Research and Development (20%): explore new tools and techniques in data automation, staying updated on industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
  • Documentation (10%): support the documentation of automated processes and workflows, ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members.

 

Daily responsibilities may vary depending on the individual’s background as well as the internship period. Duties will include, inter alia: Coordinate and assign to relevant teams requests emanating from the Correspondence Tracking System (CTS) team, supporting teams in drafting correspondence-related products and performing quality control on formatting and editing. Support the organization of meetings and events, including the yearly IED retreat. Support the compilation of inputs into briefing notes, and format/edit according to the established protocols. Support the Division’s Front Office in developing/finalizing Powerpoint presentations. Provide support to the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer and UN Coordination Officer in the management/update of existing databases and tracking tools, including UNEA Resolutions IED tracking tool. Regularly update the UNEP IED website/intranet and support the updating of entrance screens. Act as focal point for the organization of briefing sessions for the Industry and Economy Division’s interns and act as liaison focal point between IED interns and senior management, through the Front Office.

  • Take ownership of development of a specific product and concept and when finished be responsible for implementation
  • Gather inputs for specific solutions from the Customer Support organisation
  • Support with quotations and calculations
  • Communicate with local Group Companies globally
  • System Sales process descriptions.
  • Conduct general vendor and market segments research and analysis;
  • Conduct enquiries for cooperation with United Nations and other international organisations.
  • Assist in administration, digitisation and record management of the purchase orders, contracts awards and claim management.
  • Assist with the data entry and preliminary vendor and contract assessment for registration in the Vendor Information Management System and Contract Tracking software;
  • Prepare summaries of important decisions in procurement planning and keep track in the planning tool;
  • Attend meetings when requested and prepare minutes; the aim is to improve the processes for planning and solicitation.
  • Conduct other tasks as needed, including occasional assignments for one of the other units of the Section as appropriate.
  • Provide a final report assessment through a concise word document and excel sheet model that shall enable the Court procurement team to present the internship learning and deliveries.
