• Supporter l'équipe dans le déploiement, la collecte des informations et la structuration de celles-ci dans l'outil ainsi que l'appropriation et l'optimisation de l'outil Jira, application essentielle pour le suivi des projets
• Contribuer à la définition et à la mise en place des KPI nécessaires pour le pilotage de la charge de l'équipe, à travers le développement de tableaux de bord adaptés sur Jira
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'ensemble de l'équipe transformation digitale ainsi qu'avec les métiers pour garantir une adoption efficace de cet outil.

This Job Opening is intended to recruit three intern positions, with three different profiles: Library profile, Data Science profile, and Communications profile.
The interns will support the development of the Human Rights Knowledge Gateway, where thematic knowledge sites are hosted, contributing to research work related to the sites, as well as to the development of content and resources for the OHCHR intranet and knowledge hub.  In addition, the interns, depending on their profiles, will contribute to specific workstreams:  

• The intern with a communication profile will support the organization and facilitation of knowledge sharing events led by the Dynamic Knowledge and Library Team.
• The intern with a Data Science profile will help in the data science efforts of the Dynamic Knowledge and Library team, aiming at automating tasks as the subject classification of Library assets, tagging of websites and documents, as well as extracting and processing relevant, structured information from documents and sites.
• The intern with a Library profile will help in the daily management of the library, ensuring cataloguing tasks, dealing with clients and managing the physical and online collections. 

You’ll get to:

• Work as a full stack developer for the core Model/AI Development Platform RiskLab AICE for various UBS business divisions
• Contribute to DevOps processes and setup the optimal data science, ML and GenAI, code release CICD pipeline
• Work on industry leading Machine Learning and GenAI frameworks and in-house developed AI Model / AI development environment
• Be a product champion on Microsoft Azure products such as Azure Databricks, Azure Kubernetes Services and Machine Learning and GenAI products
• Have good communication skills and willing to interact with UBS data scientists and IT to understand and solve their business problems.

• Study relevant courses for the knowledge used in your field
• Demonstrate and quickly build upon development fundamentals
• Design, code, test, debug, document and maintain application programs 
• Establish an open relationship with customers, teammates, and other members of the IT organization 
• Complete assigned tasks as directed in a timely manner using good object-oriented coding practices and standards 
• Collaborate with project team members during development process

• In our trainee programme in the field of Finance, you will gain first-hand experience in our Corporate Controlling division.
• You will learn core financial activities in an international corporate holding, such as preparing reports for executive leadership, supervisory board and external analysts, budgeting and forecasting.
• Furthermore, you will deep-dive into financial and commercial controlling activities with which we evaluate the business performance of our international wholesale entities; based on that, opportunities and risks are identified together with local colleagues and business units.
• Finally, investment case evaluations will also be are part of your traineeship. The usage of modern BI and AI tools will complement all of these stints.
