• Execute SAP Cost Accounting Tasks (SAP CO, BW) for Keenfinity reporting entities during month-end closing and business plan;
• Implement divisional cost accounting standards in SAP CO and BW;
• Coordinate reporting processes and perform financial analysis of business transactions in SAP;
• Create planning tools and reporting templates in MS Excel;
• Optimize reporting processes and support improvement projects;
• Support SAP BW controlling database management;
• Reporting tasks.

• Assister au suivi quotidien des campagnes Paid (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, affiliation).
• Participer à la mise en place de tests d’acquisition (formats, messages, ciblages, stratégies d’enchères).
• Contribuer au suivi des campagnes d’acquisition App (consultation, installation, conversion).
• Réaliser des analyses SEO (mots-clés, performances des pages) et suivre l’évolution du trafic organique.
• Participer à la rédaction de briefs créatifs et à l’optimisation des messages selon les performances.
• Collaborer avec les équipes CRM, Data, Produit, Tech et agences partenaires.

Under the supervision of the Section Head, carries out key tasks related to the following activities:

• Assist with the implementation activities of the WisoINC LAB;
• Assist in the development of promotional materials and activities in relation to the GloWAL Network and WisoINC Lab;
• Assist with the organization of the Isotope Hydrology Symposium 2027.

• Support and help organizing client service review meetings
• Participate to AIFM Due Dilligence and Service Reviexs
• Consolidate KPI, Board Packs/ ad-hoc reports to be shared with AIFM                                
• Support administration tasks anticipating the accounts opening in the System                                   
• Support on audit request, invoicing, credit risk
• Provide support on operational procedures documentation (e.g. Service Level AgremenT, Procedure)
• Follow-up on overdrafts
