• Vous assurez le suivi budgétaire de la direction de l’Image et de l’Orchestration
• Vous coordonnez la consolidation financière des projets structurants de l'Orchestration au sein de la Division Mode, en interaction avec des parties prenantes variées (dont Retail, Supply, IT) partageant une pluralité de problématiques et d’objectifs.
• Au fil de votre montée en compétence, vous œuvrez à l'amélioration et à la modernisation des outils, en interrogeant les méthodes et modes opératoires existants.
• Vous participez au déploiement, ainsi qu’aux évolutions, de solutions et outils innovants en lien avec les projets transverses Mode. Vous veillez à la compréhension et à l’adoption de ces outils au sein des équipes de la direction de l'Image et de l'Orchestration.
• Vous avez la responsabilité d’animer l’intégralité du processus budgétaire et financier d’une nouvelle équipe : de l’élaboration des budgets, au suivi au réel afin d’alerter les équipes sur les enjeux potentiels, et à la formalisation des process métiers

• Exploration of current challenges in grid automation through direct collaboration with R&D teams

The focus of the internship will be to gain experience within the day to day support of the maintenance and engineering department by supporting the technical administrator in the following areas:

• Analyze and trend production downtime to highlight problem areas, work with maintenance and engineering to implement improvements
• Manage the maintenance management system in terms of:

-Ensure WO`s are assigned correctly

-Ensure WO`s are closed on time

• Create dashboards to track performance KPI`s for the team and department
• Analyze data to create and present performance KPI`s in terms of monthly/weekly reports
• Monitor production tracking systems to highlight problematic equipment
• Create and update project trackers for action items needed within engineering and maintenance.

We need a new colleague in the Digital Center of Excellence Team who will be supporting the initiatives and activities of the MIA Data Stewards. These will be mainly focused on the following:

• Data management (you will support by extracting and mapping data for different purposes)
• Reports generation and data analysis
• Various business tasks as part of the usual activities of the team
