- Provide ECB users with knowledge management support, including functional support for the ECB’s information management systems;
- contribute to a wide range of operational information management support tasks related to the creation, processing, storage and preservation of information in a highly specialised environment;
- contribute to the monitoring of and reporting on information management practices, as well as the implementation of the ECB’s retention policy for paper and digital records;
- contribute to the Division’s innovative information and knowledge management projects;
- contribute to the design and development of business configurations in the ECB’s information management systems by performing business analysis, collecting requirements, testing and carrying out change management activities; this may involve programming, depending on the skills of the successful candidate;
- support and maintain the ECB’s information management policies and procedures, as well as internal knowledge bases and training material.
We are seeking passionate and talented students who want to make an impact by helping to develop next generation products and innovative machine learning algorithms at ZEISS. Integrated into a fast-growing team of scientists and research engineers, you will work (for at least 3 months) on helping us to develop core algorithms and taking academic ideas into working prototypes.
The Sustainability division’s mission is to lead and coordinate the Sustainability activities through 360-degree business integration, fostering a sustainable development culture, effective governance, and strong dialogue with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.
The Human Rights & Due Diligence team specifically builds on compliance with human rights and due diligence legislation that we embed in the company, to create a positive impact for our stakeholders and proactively shield the company from risk.
Your project:
- Support TME implementation of EU regulations, with particular focus on ensuring EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) compliance by Q4 2026
- Develop a roadmap to improve TME’s Sustainability ratings: Analyse recent ratings, identify gaps, propose initiatives and align implementation plan with Sustainability management and various TME divisions
- Investigate due diligence inquiries from fleet customers, NGO, or other stakeholders regarding Human Rights or environmental impacts in Toyota’s own operations or supply chain. Liaise with related divisions and draft replies.
- Providing support with the organisation of meetings and (corporate) events taking place at Europol HQ and outside;
- Assisting in the management of facilities-related tasks included in the Premises & Logistics portfolio;
- Supporting the teams with the day-to-day management of the conference and other area;
- Use of ICT (and other) systems for facilities and event management;
- Managing communication with the team’s internal and external stakeholders.
The intern is expected to contribute to the work of the Environment Division as follows: Under the supervision of the Chief of the Operational Activities and Review Section, the intern will:
- Provide general support to the preparation of the 4th Environmental Performance Review (EPR) of the Republic of Moldova and of the Regional EPR of Central Asia, and the publication of 4th EPR of Uzbekistan and 2nd EPR of Mongolia.
- Support the work under the Transport, Health and Environment Pan-European Programme (THE PEP), in particular through drafting documents and communication materials; and support the preparation and servicing of meetings, including the meeting of the Bureau of THE PEP Steering Committee;
- Provide support to the Environmental Monitoring and Assessment Programme, as required, including for the preparation of the next session of the Working Group on Environmental Monitoring and Assessment (23-24 April 2026) implementation of an EU-funded project, the launching of a national state of the environment report and implementation of relevant capacity-development activities (e.g., assisting in the organization of webinars, drafting and editing project documents, and training materials);
- Provide general assistance, as required (e.g. drafting and editing of documents, background research, and correspondence).
