• You will be actively contributing to the operational coordination of the customer inquiries, making sure that they are delivered on Time and Quality
  • You will be one of the focal point for communication with our internal customer to agree on target dates and provide them a realistic view of our capacity and capability
  • You will get to know the airframe repair business, specifically focusing on balanced distribution of the workload within the team and different engineering centers
  • You will monitor the resource and workload situation on a daily and weekly basis, and contribute to a robust planning, including improvement of the planning process (ex: automatization)
  • You will lead interesting initiatives or projects along the way focusing always on customer and in-service operations.
  • Strategic and conceptual use of all communication tools.
  • Organization and administration within the communication departments.
  • Coordinate with agencies, external consultants and suppliers.
  • Prepare presentations and research activities in project work and meetings. 
  • Prepare press conferences as well as press folders and general documents.
  • Support drafting press releases.
  • Follow a tailored training program and be coached by your Seniors and Managers to gain technical expertise on accounting norms and the Luxembourgish legal environment
  • Gain diverse business knowledge by conducting audit engagements for local and international clients under International Standards on Auditing
  • Assist the team in the three key audit stages : planning, testing, and reporting
  • Benefit from regular feedbacks to build an understanding of your own strengths and improve further and deliver high quality results.
  • Monitoring regulatory developments applicable to asset management and AIFM activities
  • Assisting in regulatory assessments (legal and regulatory research, gap analysis and drafting of compliance memorandum)
  • Participating in the review, update and implementation of the Five Arrows Global Compliance framework (including drafting policies and procedures and training materials etc.)
  • Supporting ongoing compliance projects, including internal controls, regulatory reviews and audits
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports for senior management and Group compliance.
  • Assurer le reporting régulier des principaux indicateurs de performance (Ventes, Stocks, Sell-through, Mois de couverture de stock...) et créer les rapports sur Power BI à destination de l'ensemble des boutiques
  • Participer à l'élaboration de présentations à destination de publics divers (Boutiques, Direction)
  • Elaborer des analyses ad hoc en fonction des enjeux et de l'actualité de l'activité
  • Assurer le suivi des transferts, optimisation de stocks, diversions
  • Faire un audit des outils d’aide aux achats existants et utilisés par les différents marchés
  • Faire une recommandation sur les outils à conserver / optimiser / supprimer, puis faire évoluer les reporting achats
  • Construire les analyses pré-achats (structure de l’offre et prix moyens)
  • Définir les demandes de reorders avant chaque session d’achat
  • Construire et suivre les résultats d'achats par boutique pendant toute la durée du showroom
  • Participer à l'élaboration de la présentation des résultats d'achats finaux.
