You’ll work hand-in-hand with the TMO transformation lead, and regularly engage with the broader programm leadership team. Your tasks will include:
- Analytics: creating high-quality ad hoc analyses from systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, and Excel to support key transformation programs
- Dashboarding: building operational dashboards and KPI overviews to support senior decision-making
- Facilitation: independently organizing and managing online workshops, team engagement sessions, and events with precision and polish
- Agile support: helping the team maintain program rhythm, communication, and execution momentum
Au sein des équipes communication vous intervenez pour des actions de communication interne autour de l’innovation :
- Vous participez à l’identification et à la qualification de sujets à mettre en visibilité
- Vous aidez à la production de contenus vidéos
- Vous concevez des contenus (rédaction de brèves et d'articles, Posts, tournage de vidéos, infographies) sur la base d'interviews et de documentation marketing, afin de promouvoir en interne les produits et services innovants et leurs usages
- Vous participez à l’élaboration des roadmaps éditoriales, évènementielles, réseaux sociaux et marronniers, et devez être force de proposition pour les alimenter
- Vous participez à l'animation quotidienne d'un espace de partage d'actualités ciblant tous les collaborateurs de la direction
- Vous contribuez à l’organisation d’évènements internes de la direction en mode projet (création/gestion des invitations, participation à l’évènement, bilan)
- Vous proposez des animations salariées, et vous les opérationnalisez (concept, communication, gestion, bilan)
- Vous pouvez également être amené à travailler avec le reste de l’équipe de la direction de la communication, selon les besoins/ votre appétence sur d’autres sujets (aide sur les partenariats, soutien lors d’événements internes ou externes…)
• HR Documentation: assist in renewing and improving HR-related start documents for new hires (such as onboarding packages, and orientation/policy materials). Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
• Day-to-Day HR Support: provide administrative and operational support to the HR team in various HR functions, including employee inquiries, HR data management, and other general tasks as needed.
• HSE Support: contribute to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives. Assist in organizing safety meetings or training sessions.
• Recruitment and Interview Support: help coordinate the interview process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and assisting with candidate follow-up.
• General HR Projects: participate in various HR projects and assist with other tasks as assigned by the HR team, gaining exposure to different HR functions.
You will primarily support the Private Credit ESG team, contributing to the following areas:
- 2025 ESG Reporting Campaign
- Assist in the planning, preparation, and project management of the 2025 ESG reporting campaign for Private Debt and Private Equity strategies
- Sustainable Regulatory Compliance
- Support the coordination and delivery of annual ESG and impact reports, including regulatory disclosures such as SFDR periodic reports and investor-specific reporting requirements
- ESG Analysis
- Contribute to ESG data analysis, including ESG scoring, SRI criteria monitoring, benchmarking, and tracking decarbonization targets for both current portfolio companies and prospective investments
- Presentation & Material Preparation
- Assist in the creation of ESG-related presentations, legal documentation, and marketing materials for both internal and external stakeholders
- Support in the implementation and realization of talent initiatives for all professional groups employed in an airline, from airline crew, technology, operational employees at the station to administrative employees and the various requirements of these professional groups
- Assistance with the Welcome Days for new employees
- Active involvement in projects for the further development of existing talent programs or the development of new programs
- Getting to know the various HR interfaces
