  • Consolidate, monitor, update, and share IT & Innovation budget information with stakeholders within the Information Systems & Innovation Division, including budget forecasts, taking into account financial variables such as business indicators, benchmarks, and market ratios.
  • Review and monitor monthly closings, anticipating potential deviations and risks, and proposing corrective actions and improvement initiatives, including review of goods receipts without corresponding invoices in SAP (FRIS), cost reallocations between budget lines, cost distributions, etc.
  • Monitor KPIs related to the new business cost allocation model and budget evolution, as well as the end-to-end process from initiative creation through invoicing and collection.
  • Participate in the assessment of budget management processes and governance models, ensuring alignment with related processes such as procurement and initiative portfolio management.

  • Collaborate with the Portfolio team in budget allocation across initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly closings using the Tagetik tool.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards within the area (travel control dashboard, monthly closings, budgets, IT users, etc.).
  • Prepare annual parameter files sent to business units based on Power BI dashboards.
  • Support the preparation and calculation of technology allocation costs charged to business units.

  • Vous participez à la gestion des alertes qualité marchés pour la maroquinerie. Vous analysez et assurez le suivi des incidents qualité remontés par les marchés et le SAV. En support de l’équipe Qualité, vous consolidez les données pour animer la réunion hebdomadaire de reporting interne et participez à la résolution des alertes en coordination avec les équipes concernées.
  • Vous contribuez à l’animation des points qualité avec les marchés internationaux. Vous partagez les spécificités produits de la maroquinerie, accompagnez l’équipe dans le traitement des demandes qualité et facilitez la compréhension des enjeux lors des échanges réguliers.
  • Vous êtes le relais entre les équipes Opérations et SAV. Vous assurez une communication fluide et précise sur les spécificités produits, accompagnez la transmission des informations et veillez à la cohérence des messages diffusés, pour répondre au plus près des besoins des clientes.
  • Vous accompagnez l’amélioration continue. Vous contribuez à la mise en place de plans d’action qualité, en support des chefs de projet, et participez à l’analyse technique des défauts récurrents et à la caractérisation des incidents.
  • Vous collectez, consolidez et exploitez les retours clients et SAV afin d’identifier les signaux faibles, de suivre les indicateurs clés et de proposer des axes d’amélioration adaptés.
  • Vous organisez et animez des ateliers d’analyse qualité. Vous participez à l’examen des produits en retour client (sacs et petite maroquinerie) et contribuez à l’élaboration de solutions concrètes pour renforcer la satisfaction client.

  • Analyse : Vous analysez les performances business de la zone (données internes et panels) afin d’identifier des opportunités de croissance et de formuler des recommandations.
  • Gestion de projet : Garant.e des timings et des enjeux, vous faites avancer les projets, en étant en contact quotidien avec les filiales et les services de la Business Unit cookware (marketing, packaging, achat, développement etc.).
  • Lancement de produits : Vous participez au développement des offres produits / promotionnelles spécifiques à la zone.
  • Nouvelles catégories : Vous accompagnez les marchés dans le développement des ustensiles de cuisine (analyse, reporting, gestion opérationnelle) et vous assurez de la transversalité en partageant des best practices d’autres zones.
  • Formation : Vous contribuez à l’organisation des visites filiales et visites clients sur le site ainsi qu’à la préparation des sessions de formations des nouveaux arrivants.
