Your responsibilities:

• Learn from and assist experienced professionals in your field of study.
• Support daily operations by preparing documents, analysing data or helping coordinate activities.
• Take part in day-to-day support activities under close supervision.
• Collaborate and exchange ideas within an international and multidisciplinary team.

• Assist in building and testing AI prototypes and Python-based components 
• Support development of agentic AI workflows and GenAI use cases 
• Help with data preparation, prompt engineering, and model testing
• Contribute to documentation, test cases, and validation of AI solutions 
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) 
• Assist with basic API integrations or frontend components where applicable 
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks.

As our HR Trainee, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that will give you a comprehensive view of the HR department. You’ll help maintain and update employee data using SAP HR, assist in preparing documentation for new hires and internal changes, and support payroll and Social Security processes. Additionally, you’ll manage internal platforms and contribute to creating manuals that document key administrative procedures. You’ll also get exposure to SAP providers and learn how HR supports business operations in a multinational company.

• Join our AI department as an intern, supporting our highly motivated and ambitious teams. Contribute hands-on to the development and continuous improvement of our internal AI products and platforms. Collaborate closely with our team of AI experts and stakeholders throughout Munich Re’s reinsurance business.
• Depending on your individual experience and preferences, you'll be embedded in one of our project teams with various focus areas. Your day-to-day activities may include system and requirements design, code implementation, testing and continuous integration, infrastructure and deployment, user research, evaluation and analytics, data curation, technology consulting, or integration of cutting-edge academic research.
