In the role, your primary function will be to support our portfolio managers with various analyses and data tasks. Concretely, your areas of responsibility will include the following:

  • assist portfolio managers in pricing processes, e.g. data cleaning and cost analysis or pricing strategy
  • support in maintaining and developing tools used in forecasting and pricing
  • follow up on analysis/forecast performance and take ownership of improvements
  • participate in and contribute proactively to the general business development in the team
  • Assist with the quarterly forecasting and the annual operating plan
  • Assist in reporting monthly and quarterly results, track key indicators through balanced scorecards, comment and appraise performance; recommend and drive corrective action plans.
  • Compile and analyze each Month financial information through preparation of reports.
  • Constantly appraise business performance and check that existing plans are well geared towards driving strong profitable growth.
  • Challenge and recommend changes to plans where appropriate helps division remain on target
  • Actively participate in Finance team meetings.
  • Key participant in FP&A process, including the preparation of Finance reporting.
  • Operating and maintaining cloud platforms
  • Performing monitoring of systems for errors, failures and capacity issues
  • Detecting, solving and escalating incidents to appropriate support teams
  • Performing patching
  • Initiating the Incident Management process and coordinating Major Incidents as well as carrying out the other ITSM processes
  • Establishing and updating documentation and procedures
  • Configuration et gestion des alertes de monitoring SAP, Bases de données, OS
  • Contrôles techniques de bon fonctionnement et de performances des systèmes SAP
  • Traitement des demandes clients et des incidents via les processus ITIL
  • Partage de l’activité d’administration technique avec les membres de l’équipe en mode AGILE
  • Collaboration avec vos futurs collègues pour améliorer l’outillage interne de nos centres de services.
  • Contribute to projects within perimeter and associated procedures
  • Collect, treat and consolidate data and information linked to the activities
