- Creating and updating technical sketches and tech packs to support the Senior Designer and Product Development team
- Working on Seasonal Product Overviews/Mood Boards/Colour Boards/Fabric Boards under the guidance of the designers, ensuring all files are kept up-to-date, accurate and ready to present

- Suivi des plannings, reportings, et relances fournisseur
- Suivi et actualisation des documents de collection et de présentation
- Aide à la préparation et participation aux réunions de collection (Studio/ Direction des collections)
- Animation des réunions en lien avec le Podium : Equipe Evènementielle/Showroom
- Rédaction des comptes-rendus / suivi des actions à mener

- Pilotage du suivi et de l’archivage des références matières

- Réalisation des évaluations annuelles du risque chimique des sites Primary Production de la région Nord
- Rédaction des gammes de test EIS et fiches réflexes EIS des entités Primary Production de la région Nord
- Accompagnement des entités Primary Production de la région Nord dans la préparation et la mise en œuvre des plans d’urgence (POI, PSI, sûreté, …)
- Assistance du HSEQ Specialist du périmètre pour les missions courantes.
