You will be working in our Clinical Trials Team together with some of the most talented people in the field and gain a brought knowledge in the execution of clinical trials.

  • Support the analysis and evolution of the Group organizational model
  • Assist in reviewing organizational structures, role definitions, and job architecture
  • Maintain and document organizational processes and policies within Workday (Organization CoE, Workday Organization module)
  • Contribute to global headcount monitoring and organizational data analysis
  • Support the monitoring and follow-up of the HR Strategic Plan and related KPIs
  • Prepare materials and analysis for internal presentations and senior management forums
  • Assist with HR reporting and basic data-driven analysis to support decision-making
  • Collaborate in benchmarking and best-practice research related to organizational and HR trends
  • Support initiatives related to process optimization, digitalization and change management within the HR function
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects at Group level.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments and international affiliates to align and support organizational initiatives
  • Project & Change Support: Assist the Change Manager in driving ongoing change initiatives and fostering effective communication across stakeholders
  • Administrative Support: Organize meetings, manage calendars, prepare agendas, and document meeting outcomes
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, reports, and visual materials
  • HR Operations: Support day-to-day HR processes in an international context
  • Internal Communication: Co-create and design content for our monthly HR newsletter.
  • Analyzing customers’ accounts and identify their payment behavior
  • Understand the terms: payment terms, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), dispute and others related to Collections routine
  • Contacting customers via different channels
  • Work with the customers to reduce the payment cycle and to ensure they respect the payment terms agreed, also with the different stakeholders (Business Units, Credit teams and others)
  • Identify the reasons blocking the payment and ensure their resolution to enable the prompt payment.

 

You´ll see how our brands reach the shelves and how we storm the best creative ideas to reach to our consumers and clients. You will be supporting the Digital Activation Manager and Kellogg's Brand Activation Manager, contributing to the implementation of all the Marketing activities to ensure a successful brand activation in the Digital field (Social Media) and in the store. In addition, you will be able to learn the ins and outs of the world of sales, how a commercial relationship is carried out, the importance of the point of sale, how to prepare a commercial proposal and how to manage our internal tools and databases.
