You will work closely with Traders and Quants and dive into world of coding & trading:

  • Learn the essence of market making, internalization, and liquidity production
  • Learn how Liquidity is distributed and sourced optimally
  • Learn how these processes are executed with automated systems and oversight of Traders
  • Support Quants in producing weekly/monthly statistics & reports and ad-hoc analytics to produce the gem of our production process: information
  • Support Traders to utilize such information to take decisions to improve our service to clients and the profitability of the bank
  • Support Traders in their day to day activity to ensure orderly and profitable operations
  • Learn from and support the Quants in their research topics that prepare the ground for future success.

 

This role supports the relaunch of our website by reformatting and restructuring existing editorial and product content to fit the new layout, while coordinating with internal teams to prioritize updates. It involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and digital stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging. The candidate will maintain high standards of data quality across product listings in the online shop, ensuring consistency across regions and portfolios. Additionally, the role contributes to a strategic digital communication initiative that strengthens our online presence and supports the SPEC2SITE campaign by translating technical product information into clear, customer-facing content.

 

Collaborer en priorité avec le Département Matières Premières et Parfums pour:

  • Récolter des données techniques sur des matières premières cosmétiques et concentrés parfumés auprès des fournisseurs
  • Etudier les données reçues (composition, informations réglementaires, sourcing…)
  • Valider la complétude du dossier et archivage du dossier
  • Tenir à jour les bases de données concernant les ingrédients cosmétiques
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des outils et documents qualité.

-Market Intelligence: Build up analyses, syntheses and support the different stages of the Power Grid & Accessories full potential plans definition and growth system set up, being involved in a broad range of topics such as:

  • Market sizing & customer full potential plans by vertical x country with offers teams & regions,
  • Prioritization of verticals, based on market attractiveness and Nexans ability to win
  • Support to Regions and BUs to create their full potential commercial plans at this granularity
  • Put in place of commercial routines between market division & regions that maximize commercial performance (e.g. #visits, opportunity size monitoring, conversion, rate, etc.)
  • Anticipation of resources needs to scale offers across Regions and BUs, as well as growth capex needs, in collaboration with Regions
  • Set up of Market intelligence basics & control watch tower, in coordination with group strategy and regions market intelligence resources, to identify early risks & opportunities.

- Business Analysis: Contribute to the performance and transformation of the Power Grid & Accessories division by translating business needs into actionable solutions and optimized processes, through:

  • Collecting and structuring business requirements from key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT
  • Analyzing business data and performance indicators to uncover insights and support decision-making
  • Documenting current processes and designing improved future-state models aligned with strategic priorities
  • Supporting the design and implementation of technical/process solutions in close coordination with IT and business teams
  • Participating in testing and validation phases to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver expected outcomes
  • Identifying and recommending continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

-Marcom Campaign Project Management: Support the execution of key marketing and communication initiatives that enhance visibility, business impact, and customer engagement, by:

  • Coordinating end-to-end delivery of marketing and communication campaigns (internal & external), including asset development, timelines, and stakeholder alignment
  • Supporting the management of creative briefs, content localization, and production with agencies, regional teams, and central functions
  • Assisting in campaign performance tracking and reporting (KPIs, engagement, feedback), and contributing to continuous improvement of marketing operations.

- Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze marketing KPIs across channels (PR, email, social, web, events) and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Support pre- and post-campaign analysis for digital campaigns (SEA, SEO and Display)
  • Build dashboards and visualizations to track campaign success and customer journey metrics

 

- Market & Competitor Research

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor marketing activities, and digital asset market shifts
  • Summarize findings and provide actionable insights to the team.

 

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with other teams to align on data needs
  • Manage assigned marketing projects and tasks end-to-end by gathering information from stakeholders, and analysing, developing and implementing recommendations
  • Support in daily marketing tasks, when needed
  • Support People & Talent with PowerPoint presentations, data analytics and reporting.
