- Assist in creating and maintaining daily broadcast schedules for various programs and content

Contribuer au déploiement de la politique alternants / stagiaires
- Structurer et animer un réseau de partenaires (écoles cibles, acteurs de l’emploi, associations)
- Identifier les interlocuteurs clés et participer à la création de partenariats
- Concevoir un kit attractivité (présentations, flyers, vidéos, contenus réseaux sociaux)
- Participer à des évènements recrutements / marque employeur
- Assurer un suivi de la campagne d’alternance
- Analyser les données de campagne (taux de poste pourvu, rétention, etc.)
- Organiser une session d’intégration et des ateliers d’échanges
- Réaliser des entretiens de suivi
- Représenter l’entité au sein du comité mobilité et carrière pour cette population
- Animer la communauté « jeunes » : communication, ateliers, etc.

Participer plus largement à notre stratégie de recrutement
- Assurer une veille sur les bonnes pratiques et tendances en matière de recrutement
- Utiliser de façon approfondit l’ATS recrutement et relayer régulièrement les bonnes astuces aux recruteurs
- Améliorer les reporting des données recrutement
- Faire des audits de nos annonces (respect des règles de publication, identifier les erreurs, etc.)
- Communiquer et sensibiliser les recruteurs à nos processus, participer à l’animation des formations en la matière
- Créer et mettre à jour les communications et plaquettes RH
Prospection / Origination :
- Screening (acquéreurs, investisseurs, cibles) et études sectorielles ;
- Préparation de pitchs et autres propositions d’accompagnement ;
- Analyse financière et stratégique ;
- Valorisation financière (DCF, méthodes des multiples boursiers et transactionnels) ;
- Assistance dans la structuration de montages financiers.
Exécution de missions :
- Assistance dans le suivi au day-to-day (suivi contact, points clients, etc.) ;
- Rédaction d'Information Memorandum et autres documents de process ;
- Mise en œuvre d'analyse financière et de valorisation ;
- Gestion de data room et Q&A ;
- Assistance dans le suivi des opérations et des négociations jusqu'au closing.
- Posting job ads and screening applications
- Active participation in recruitment processes (mainly for IT profiles, but also non‑IT), from screening to the offer stage
- Active and strategic sourcing of international and local candidates through LinkedIn, social media, and alternative search techniques, applying innovative recruitment approaches
- Drafting engaging messages and content for direct candidate outreach
- Participating in interviews and preparing structured interview notes
- Writing candidate communications (follow‑ups, feedback, etc.)
- Updating and maintaining data in the internal ATS
- Communicating with various internal stakeholders
- Collaborating on employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Recruitment activities will have an international scope, with a strong focus on the Portuguese market
