• Operational Employer Branding Guardian: Work closely with our recruitment outsource provider to ensure all new collaterals are aligned with our EVPs, company tone, and language.
  • Career Site Management: Ensure our career site remains on-brand and effectively communicates our employer value propositions.
  • Project Support: Assist the Global Employer Branding & Talent Attraction Associate Director in driving various employer branding projects, such as reviewing and enhancing our EVPs, supporting the development of a Brand Ambassador Program, and contributing to the development of our strategic content calendar.
  • Reporting to the Head of Partnership Agreements:
  • You understand and ensure proper application of various types of partnership agreements to anticipate financial and operational impacts.
  • You monitor allocations (surcharges, space imbalances) and produce regular reports to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • You conduct statistical studies related to contracts, analyze data, and develop management tools for activity tracking.
  • You verify consistency between contracts and operational realities.
  • You advise departments on contract interpretation and execution, share information, coordinate actions, and work with support services to ensure optimal daily follow-up.
  • Collect, clean and prepare datasets for segmentation and mapping tasks. 
  • Train, fine tune and evaluate state of the art semantic segmentation models. 
  • Develop a method to incorporate semantic labels into the mapping pipeline. 
  • Fuse camera images with depth and range data to separate permanent structures from dynamic objects. 
  • Analyse robustness under varying scene changes. 
  • Implement and test a functional prototype, including experiments on real farm machinery. 
  • Participating in different aspects of commercial and open-source software development, from product design and implementation to testing and support.
  • Working on solutions that will make use of your existing knowledge and skills, whilst also requiring you to learn something new.
  • Analysing existing solutions, looking for enhancements/automation, alongside trialing new tools.

Trade Marketing

  • Shadow and assist the Trade Marketing Manager in the planning and coordination of trade activities within the Niche & Prestige portfolio.
  • Help consolidate marketing materials and observe how trade activities are tracked and reported.
  • Support preparation of presentation materials and observe post-campaign evaluations.

PR & Media

  • Assist in coordinating influencer and KOL seedings, gathering press materials, and observing the planning of brand activations or events.
  • Support the preparation of creative briefings and campaign materials under supervision.
  • Learn how post-activation reports and campaign documentation are structured.

Marketing Planning & Reporting

  • Assist in updating marketing calendars, timelines, and planning tools in collaboration with the Brand and Marketing Managers.
  • Help prepare internal reporting and marketing updates under direction.
  • Organise and maintain marketing assets and shared documentation.

Cross-Functional Exposure

  • Observe and support coordination between marketing and internal teams such as Retail and Commercial.
  • Assist in logistical follow-ups and preparation of shared initiatives.
  • Gain insight into campaign rollouts and internal communication flows.
