As an intern, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing a test system that can perform stress tests of semiconductors with intermediate threshold measurements. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience with system design, PCB design, programming and testing methods. How you’ll make an impact

  • Contribute to the design of test system and/or software that can perform reliability and electrical measurements on Silicon and Silicon Carbide semiconductors according to given specifications
  • Implement the test system / software using appropriate hardware and software components
  • Ensure the system can measure required values with sufficient accuracy during the test
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the test system / software as they arise
  • Document the design, implementation, and testing of the system/software in a clear and concise manner, including diagrams, code comments, and test results
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the test system / software meets project requirements
  • Present the results of the test system and software to the team and demonstrate its functionality.
  • Match and enrich inbound leads using Salesforce and LinkedIn to ensure clean, actionable data
  • Manage lead list uploads into our marketing automation platform
  • Build reports in Salesforce to track lead flow and database health
  • Troubleshoot and resolve sync errors between our marketing and sales systems
  • Support the Marketing Database and Automation teams with daily operational tasks.
  • You conduct industry benchmarking to help identify and implement best practices 
  • You support user research initiatives, end-to-end product tests, and A/B testing to drive data-driven decision-making
  • You analyze data and identify insights
  • You create presentation decks and keep documentation up-to-date
  • You bridge the gap between customer needs and development by preparing detailed work packages
  • Participate in all HR related activities covering the complete employee life cycle, with a focus on HR administration,time management and the onboarding of new joiners
  • Participate in the management of the HR ticketing system
  • Support the preparation of HR related documents e.g. work certificates,  contracts amendments, complementary health assurance affiliation, A1 certificates, etc.
  • Management of sickness process and leave requests e.g. reception and check of medical certificates, approval in SAP, etc.
  • Answer employees related questions via phone, email and face to face regarding holidays, sickness, etc.
  • Update of the HR systems
  • Assist on the preparation of working time statistics
  • Improve and update the internship guide

  • Support the team in analyzing key sales performance metrics and market data and create reports and PowerPoint presentations summarizing key insights
  • Assist in the creation and adaptation of Sell-in stories and POS Material for POS activations across Europe
  • Update regional planograms
  • Track POS executions and gather country feedback from our European countries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, our European countries as well as external agencies to drive best-in-class POS activations and Sales projects
