This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across creative production, image production coordination, studio operations and project administration within a global beauty and luxury company.

As an intern, you will work closely with the Creative Operations Coordinator, Head of Creative Operations and Senior Image Producer, supporting daily studio activities while learning how creative productions are planned, executed and delivered. You will collaborate with both local and HQ teams and gain valuable exposure to creative workflows, production processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Your responsibilities:

• Learn from and assist experienced engineers, technicians and scientists in your field of study.
• Contribute to ongoing projects in areas such as instrumentation, sensors, data acquisition or radiation measurements.
• Take part in day-to-day technical activities under close supervision.
• Collaborate and exchange ideas within an international and multidisciplinary team.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Intern to support IATA’s activities in Spain and Portugal. Working directly with the Country Manager, you will contribute to IATA’s lobbying, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement work, helping to promote a competitive, safe, and sustainable air transport environment in the region.
This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in aviation policy, government relations, sustainability, and strategic industry affairs.

• You’ll gain practical skills with a focus on learning formats tailored to specific target groups and user-enablement offerings
• You’ll work with the team to develop quality standards for digital learning content and, based on these standards, create explanatory videos, tutorials, and how-to guides
• You’ll gather requirements from the training environment, identify data and functional needs, and prepare analyses and reports for management purposes
• You’ll support projects aimed at further developing training structures and gain insights into strategic training processes
•  You’ll further develop our internal knowledge platform and design it as a user-friendly resource
• You’ll participate in coordination meetings with business units on training-related topics.

• Vous suivez le chiffre d’affaires et analysez l’activité Retail & Wholesale au niveau régional (fréquence : hebdomadaire).
• Vous contribuez à l’identification et à la résolution des écarts de données au sein du système de business intelligence (BI), afin de maintenir des standards de reporting de haute qualité (fréquence : hebdomadaire).
• Vous assistez l’équipe régionale dans le suivi des ouvertures et fermetures de points de vente à l’aide d’un outil global (fréquence : mensuelle).
• Vous participez à la préparation des présentations destinées au Management (fréquence : mensuelle).
• Vous proposez des améliorations des process existants : nouveaux rapports, automatisation, bonnes pratiques, etc.
• Vous participer à la clôture mensuelle PB Swiss Markets de l’entité régional.
• Vous assurez la mise à jour et le suivi budgétaire 
• Vous participez et animez les réunions de restitution de suivi budgétaire avec les différents départements 
• Vous contribuez à l’élaboration des budgets, des révisés et des consolidations régionales.
