• Assist and support our international project teams within the E-Commerce & Privacy Management Team located in Germany, Portugal, and India
• Support the Product Managers with the Privacy Center Rollout to new markets (communication and translation management)
• Project management tasks: Assist in the planning and organization of meetings and workshops
• Testing management: Test the functionality of the Privacy Center, our e-commerce solutions, and our AI search in various markets
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Financial Services, After-Sales, IT, Marketing, Legal, etc.)
• Manage project-related communication platforms (Jira and Confluence)
• Research Consent Management and other e-Commerce trends and competitor activities in the area of legal and compliant implementation of regulations in different markets

• Supporting clients in transformation initiatives with a focus on driving rapid results that create long-lasting value
• Conducting insightful analyses and developing forward-thinking strategies to help shape successful transformation concepts
• Collaborating on international projects across various industries, including strategic realignment, corporate restructuring, and company-wide efficiency improvements

• You will contribute to the production of reports and presentations on the financial performance of the Group’s affiliates to top management.
• You will verify the accuracy of data reported by affiliates during reporting and rolling forecast (approx. 80 affiliates).
• You will ensure reliability of digital tools data output (mainly PowerBI and Tagetik) which serve to monitor the Group’s performance.
• You will help prepare ad-hoc analysis for other departments (marketing, financial communication, etc.).

Pre-Arrival Preparation

• Take part in property visits where guests are expected.
• Support the Pre-Arrival Team in gathering the necessary information for stay preparations.
• Assist in updating property information in internal tools.
• Contribute to preparing properties (shopping, gifts, amenities) ahead of guest arrivals.
• Help the team establish contact with clients before their arrival.

Guest Welcome and Stay Follow-Up

• Welcome guests alongside the team, ensuring the villa is ready and in perfect condition.
• Participate in villa tours and guide guests through the property’s facilities.
• Be available to assist with concierge requests or service adjustments.
• Observe and learn the procedures for handling and processing payments.

Check-Out and End-of-Stay Follow-Up

• Assist the team to ensure a smooth check-out process and help inspect the property in the presence of guests.
• Contribute to documenting final observations and any potential damages.
• Help follow up on billing and payments in collaboration with the Pre-Arrival Team.

Administration and Payment Management

• Support the team in invoicing and payment collection in collaboration with the Pre-Arrival Team.
• Document property condition observations after guest departures.

Dans le cadre du développement des plateformes technologique BioChaperone® et AdoXlong®, votre mission consistera à développer des formulations injectables pour la délivrance contrôlée de peptides et d’hormones thérapeutiques. 

Vous participerez au développement et à la caractérisation de formulations pharmaceutiques, notamment à base de peptides thérapeutiques et d’excipients innovants. Le stage portera sur la mise au point de formulations, leur optimisation via plans d’expériences, et leur caractérisation physico-chimique et biophysique (DLS, fluorescence – essais ThT, dichroïsme circulaire, rhéologie). Vous contribuerez à l’analyse des résultats, aux études de stabilité, ainsi qu’à la recherche bibliographique associée.
