• Analyze and document existing testing processes for service within our Salesforce environment.
• Research and evaluate modern test automation and AI-powered testing solutions.
• Compare vendors and technologies based on defined evaluation criteria.
• Identify suitable approaches for automating standard, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Collaborate with business and process experts to define which tests should be automated in the future and which should remain manual.
• Support proof-of-concept activities, develop and track meaningful KPIs, and prepare presentations to support management decision-making.

• Registering QC samples in the laboratory management systems accurately.
• Meticulous attention to sample data entry and preparation.
• Prepare all production, delivery, and issue samples in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely and effective issue resolution and communication.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as required.
• Maintain all relevant records and samples in an organised system for quick and effective access to information with a particular focus on traceability.
• Adhere to safe lab practices and GLP.
• Organise the replenishment of relevant laboratory supplies.
• Flexible regarding priority changes.
• Support the quality analyst with troubleshooting issues.

Projets Transformation

• Support aux phases de préparation et gestion des projets de transformation du back-office et du front-office : Inventory Management, Cost Management, Service Level Management
• Participation à la collecte des besoins, au cadrage initial et à certaines étapes de la FIT analysis.

Projets Logistiques - Opérationnel récurrent

• Mise à jour des KPI et reporting, et automatisation des processus existants.
• Développement d’outils visant à simplifier et optimiser la productivité de la supply chain. 

Projets Logistiques - Spécifiques 

• Préparation et support pour les grands projets 2026 liés à la gestion des stocks et à l’automatisation de l’inventaire, en collaboration avec les équipes globales.
