• Erstellung von Gremienvorlagen bzw. Vorbereitung von Gremienauftritten zur Entscheidungsfindung (u.a. Betriebsrat- und Vorstandsausschüsse)
• Unterstützung des Projektmanagement Offices und der Projektleiter für Personalentwicklungs- und Managementprojekte unterschiedlicher Themenschwerpunkte
• Aktive Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Themen im internationalen Kontext sowie Betreuung der Audi Konzerngesellschaften bei Personalentwicklungsfragen
• Erstellen von internen und externen Analysen als Basis für neue Personalentwicklungsmöglichkeiten
• Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Kommunikationsmedien.

• Support the implementation of the performance management process through managing the performance management inbox and providing technical support to supervisors and staff members.
• Support the monitoring of compliance rate across the Court to ensure 100% compliance for the Performance Management Process.
• Support the Developmental 360 Program by managing the process tool, follow up and responding queries from participants.
• Support the preparations for the annual Staff Engagement Survey and support the communication of the results (once ready) to the whole Court.
• Help the implementation and monitoring of staff engagement action plans.

Legal Interns will be assigned to work with either a Unified Team, The Appeals and Legal Coordination Section (“APLCS”),  or the Gender and Children Unit (“GCU”). A Unified Team is a multidisciplinary unit, comprising investigators, analysts, lawyers, an international cooperation adviser, an information management assistant, a case manager, trial support assistants, and other specialists as required. The Unified Team operates under the direct supervision of its respective  Deputy Prosecutor, and the Prosecutor's leadership.

Each Unified Team is working on a specific case or situation and is responsible for conducting high quality, effective and efficient investigations leading to successful prosecutions. The APLCS and the GCU have a more overarching role; both support the Unified Teams and the Office of the Prosecutor more generally. The APLCS provides legal and strategic support as well as litigates before the Appeals Chamber. Whereas the GCU provides legal, investigative and strategic advice during all phases, specifically on sexual and gender-based crimes and crimes against or affecting children.
