• Foster proactive communication with internal teams to ensure service continuity and timely issue resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors involved in import processes, service levels, and compliance.
  • Monitor end-to-end import and export operations in collaboration with our 3PL partner, ensuring visibility, accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Place, validate, and follow up on critical customer orders, ensuring prioritization and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Provide operational support to the Planning team to ensure product availability and correct prioritization.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across international logistics processes, including trade compliance, account management, database maintenance, delivery execution, and exception handling.
  • Track and analyse KPIs related to quality, service, and cost; propose and implement corrective and improvement actions.
  • Collaborate closely with the European Logistics team to support aligned priorities and seamless operations.
  • Support strategic and continuous improvement initiatives together with Logistics and Customer Service (process optimization, documentation and controls enhancement, and system improvements).
  • Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while proactively supporting internal stakeholders

  • Help maintain databases for risk exposures as well as investment and funding transactions.
  • Support the enhancement of dashboards used for analysis and reconciliation of collateral management data.
  • Aid in the creation of new PowerBI dashboards for internal stakeholders to strengthen the structured analysis of investment and funding activities and enhance the current limit monitoring capabilities.
  • Help create new databases for investment performance measurement and proposal for future analytics.
  • Participate in reporting of investment activity and performance to internal stakeholders (Head of division, Front Office, Risk Management, Management Board).

 

Based from our office in Billund, you will join the Additive Engineering team, who is responsible for the development, engineering, and delivery of Additive Manufacturing (AM) elements and equipment at the LEGO Group. The department focuses on applying polymer and metal AM technologies to production needs by developing robust engineering solutions and establishing standardized processes for reliable manufacturing. In close collaboration with the AM technology development team, Additive Engineering supports the maturing and scaling of AM technologies toward large-scale industrial use. 

To be specific, you will:

  • Drive progress and delivery of specific tasks to be completed across multiple product teams, e.g. Design of Experiments.
  • Share knowledge, experience and results with stakeholders and specialists in the organization to ensure general learning and competency building.
  • Experience working hands-on by operating and experimenting with Additive Manufacturing machines.
  • Be a member of our Additive Engineering team and participate in team meetings, social events, etc.

• Interface and direct vendors involved in new security construction, repairs, daily security operations and patrols, and planning
• Extract metrics and observe improvements by looking at hard data
• Make suggestions on improving electronic surveillance and access controls
• Direct efforts to educate data center occupants on false alarm reductions.
