The Real Estate Insights and Analytics Intern will support Philips Real Estate in analyzing data related to workplace utilization, smart building solutions, and operational efficiency. The role focuses on leveraging data-driven insights to optimize real estate strategies and enhance employee experience in Philips offices.


Your role:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze real estate and workplace data from multiple sources.
  • Develop one-off reports using Excel and other analytical tools to support decision-making. 
  • Support ongoing projects related to smart buildings,  workplace experience and management.
  • Provide actionable insights for real estate strategies.
  • Prepare presentations for stakeholders.

Other location: Amsterdam

  • Participation in shootings for the creation of visual merchandising guides
  • Organize and procure collection pieces and actively support set-ups
  • Together with the in-store design team, you will work on the implementation of visual concepts for all content for the visual merchandising guidelines
  • You create presentations and research the latest trends in retail and fashion
  • You are integrated in the Instore Team and support them administratively in the development of the Visual Merchandising Guidelines
  • You will also support the team in various visual merchandising projects and take responsibility for smaller projects.

 

You would be working in one of our vital departments in Supply Chain. Sales and Operations Planning is supporting our Operating Companies through supply and demand planning and logistics. You will be responisible for functional and analitycal support of the team.   • Be part of the global Henkel Construction Adhesives Sustainability Team and drive a more sustainable world together with us
  • Support in the steering of sustainability projects together with global, cross-functional teams
  • Cooperate with regional and local teams in adapting and implementing planned activities
  • Analyze and monitor sustainability regulations and competition globally and report on the business impact
  • Cooperate in the creation of internal and external sustainability upskilling sessions
  • Support our global teams in the development of sustainability communication assets.
  • Support HR Business Partners with day-to-day operations (e.g., onboarding, data management, scheduling, sick leave management)
  • Observe and support collaboration with our Works CouncilAssist in the delivery of HR projects and initiatives
  • Help create and distribute engaging internal communications to employees
  • Coordinate and support office events and engagement activitiesResearch HR best practices and trends to support continuous improvement
  • Provide general support to the HR team in daily operations and projects.
