Execute experimental lab work using techniques such as ELISA, Gyrolab, and qPCR, adhering to defined expectations and schedules. Collaborate effectively with individual scientists and laboratory technicians to ensure successful project outcomes.
Perform evaluation, maintenance, and qualification of laboratory equipment. Prepare and update working instructions for lab equipment, ensuring proper use and functionality. Maintain the laboratory workspace to ensure appropriate maintenance and efficiency.
Support process improvements within the AD Mammalian group by contributing to workflow optimizations and identifying areas for increased efficiency.
Provide support for training activities in your area of expertise, helping to develop skills and knowledge within the team.
Ensure cleanliness and order are consistently maintained in the laboratory to promote a safe and organized working environment.

General support to the activities of the Communications Officer, including assisting the implementation of IUCN Europe’s communications strategy and supporting the delivery of IUCN’s overall global communications strategy
Drafting communication materials such as newsletters, web stories, articles, brochures, and factsheets for a broad range of audiences
Drafting content and designing visuals for our social media accounts and preparing reports for these accounts
Producing visual content and videos
Attending virtual or in-person meetings or conferences and reporting on the outcomes
Providing a range of administrative support functions on a day-to-day basis, including managing the database, assisting with project management activities, logistics for meetings and updating internal calendars
Support management of external communications enquiries
Provide further support as required to the Communications Team and other teams.

Organize and manage training calendar, webinars, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligns with our strategic objectives.
Assist in organizing workshops, incl. Kaizen sessions, 5 Why's analyses.
Provide support in crafting and structuring Communication, enhancing clarity, impact, and audience engagement.
Gather, analyze, and report on information and results from various workstreams.
Organize and lead cross-functional meetings, fostering collaboration, alignment, and shared accountability across teams.
Support in conducting analyses, such as Throughput Time (TPT), to identify process efficiencies.
Analyze current performance based on KPIs and Daily Management practices.

Research, analyze, and document state-of-the art algorithms
Design and implement a deep learning framework for model optimization
Develop algorithms for deep learning, data analytics, machine learning, or scientific computing
Analyze performance of GPU implementations
Benchmark software stacks across training and inference scenarios
Evaluate and understand capabilities of frontier models
