• Developing algorithms, models, and methods for robotic manipulation and/or loco-manipulation, for both industrial and household applications;
  • Integrating these methods into real-world robotic manipulation systems, including those consisting of collaborative robot arms, industrial robot arms, mobile manipulators, humanoids, and dexterous hands;
  • Contributing to multi-person research projects that require a diverse set of skills across the robotics and machine learning stack;
  • Engaging with the academic community through high-impact publications, conferences, workshops, and/or code releases.
  • Assist the review, design, and execute on improvements of current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and to meet regulatory requirements
  • Supporting the Executive Committee in day-to-day operations and strategic management tasks
  • Steering and executing a range of projects; (e.g. strategic, organizational and transversal operational projects)
  • Preparing cogent analysis and decision papers
  • Developing convincing presentations
  • Independent preparation activities to support CEO (Chief Executive Officer) or the COO
  • Organizing and coordinating Management Board meetings and related activities (agenda, supporting documents and minutes and follow-up on action points).
  • Improve the competitive landscaping and market understanding over the food and beverage ingredients market by conducting deep dives on selected companies & segments of interest to Givaudan 
  • Produce insight reports and identify strategic opportunities & recommendations
  • Support the team on different strategic initiatives & business development projects related to the Taste & Wellbeing 2030 Strategy
  • Monitor the essential movements from our competitors and create our bi-monthly business development newsletter.
  • Support the planning and execution of retail marketing and in-store activations, helping bring Vans’ brand, culture, and stories to life in stores
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Creative, Visual Merchandising, and other Marketing functions) to gather all tactics needed to deliver engaging in-store events and consumer activations
  • Assist with retail marketing operations across EMEA, supporting different store formats (Owned, Partner, Outlet)
  • Contribute to training and communication materials for store teams ahead of key activations or events
  • Help execute retail campaigns and store activations, including in-store visuals, digital retail communications, and event-related materials
  • Provide day-to-day support on cross-functional needs, such as copy coordination, translations, and event logistics
  • Work closely with DTC (Direct To Consumer) Retail teams (district and store managers) to support smooth execution at store level
  • Support the creation of briefs and post-activation recaps, capturing learnings and best practices for future in-store initiatives
  • Support basic budget tracking and purchase order follow-up in coordination with the team.
