As an intern in the Talent Acquisition Support team, you will support Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Administrators in various recruitment related activities. Throughout the internship you will have a chance to gain understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, work on advanced recruitment technologies and learn from experienced and passionate recruiters.

  • Using various sales tools and relationships with design engineering to identify all potential projects
  • Providing customers with proactive proposals for complete, system-level solutions that maximize TI content
  • Using broad technical expertise to influence customers' part selection process while favorably positioning TI versus competition.
  • You will support the OKR Program Lead and Group-wide OKR responsible with the community sessions: planning, logistics and communication
  • You will support with the creation of OKR materials and resources: course, podcasts, training sheets etc.
  • You will be actively engaged in several OKR framework management topics and collaborate with other OKR Community Members
  • You will be responsible for the communication plan rolled out across the group promoting the OKR initiatives and events, learnings and successes
  • You will handle several administrative tasks such as event organization, contact with external speakers, as well as event and content calendars.
  • Intégré(e) au sein du service Communication, vous accompagnez l’équipe Production & Coordination de Contenus.   • A ce titre, vous assurez la coordination du suivi opérationnel : depuis la réalisation du brief à la mise à disposition finale des éléments, en passant par la recherche de ressources iconographiques et documentaires, le suivi des productions et la réalisation de présentations des éléments à destination des marchés et des différents services
  • Vous tisserez des liens privilégiés avec nos agences de création externes et collaborerez étroitement avec de multiples services internes : Marketing, Édition, Retail, Website, Social Media, Studio, Patrimoine.
  • As trade marketing specialist, you coordinate the development of POS materials, in collaboration with external partners and the purchase department
  • You develop impactful creative offline/store communication to change shopper behavior & are our team communication specialist, developing category communication by segment
  • Take ownership of the content creation process during internal meetings with the Purina Team and cross-business Nestlé meetings
  • Creation of cashpoints and coupons for promotions in-store, coordinating with external partners and the sales department
  • Streamline EU support and offered services within our Belgian organization
  • Track our visibility and competition's visibility offline and monitor competition's offline activities
  • Help the category managers with planograms for customers
  • Support the shopper marketing manager daily, managing briefings between brand managers and suppliers.
