• Collaborate with our teams to design, develop, and implement proof of concepts for digital health solutions
  • Participate in the full proof-of-concepts development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, coding, testing, and deployment
  • Contribute to the development of innovative features that enhance the functionality of digital health products
  • Support with the building and continuous improvement of a centralized content model for our B2B sales platform
  • Plan, prepare and publish product and campaign content - imagery, copy, assortments and seasonal stories
  • Coordinate digital assets (model shots, product imagery, 3D and campaign material)
  • Maintain content calendars, taxonomies and publishing workflows so delivery is timely, structured and aligned to the seasonal rhythm
  • Monitor content performance and adoption - usage, engagement, completeness - surface insights and recommend improvements
  • Uphold content quality across the platform, resolving missing imagery, low-resolution assets and incomplete product data before they reach customers
  • Maintain documentation, status reports and ways of working that keep central and market teams aligne
  • Support broader content initiatives via MyPUMA.biz features such as lists, panels, emails and PLP videos
  • Support Collection Specialists with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Work with customer portals and upload required documents to client systems
  • Update and maintain customer data in internal systems
  • Attach proof of delivery and other supporting documentation
  • Monitor customer accounts and assist with overdue account follow-up
  • Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and support the collection process
  • Assist with payment investigation, account maintenance, and transaction clearing activities
  • Participate in resolving payment discrepancies and unidentified payments
  • Maintain accurate customer records and collection notes
  • Support reporting and other administrative activities within the team

  • Data Pipeline Development: Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines to ensure seamless integration of data from various sources

  • Learning & Growth: Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to enhance your technical skills and understanding of data engineering best practices
  • Support on challenging material planning to ensure demands from current production and new programs
  • Maintain accurate MRP data to reflect confirmed delivery quantities and due dates from suppliers, validate, troubleshoot, and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist onboarding and training of new suppliers to ensure operational excellence and compliance with Tesla’s supply chain processes and policies
  • Deliver material coverage and cost analyses as needed. Provide data-driven decision support to the organization through what-if and scenario planning
  • System enhancement and implementation to optimally reflect supply chain
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Logistics, Procurement, NPI, etc.) and external partners (suppliers etc.) to optimize the supply chain and ensure the flow of material
  • Gather experience of ramping up the material planning process in one of the most advanced high-volume electric vehicle factories in the world
  • Work in a highly dynamic and international environment
