• You will learn and support us by preparing complex financial models for cash flow analyses and acquisitions. You diligently prepare pitch books regarding integrated debt and equity financing solutions in the context of refinancings, bond offerings, M&A and IPO's

In this role, you will provide support to the Allocation Team:

• By taking an active role in analysing performance and sales trend.
• Monitoring deliveries, maintaining adequate stock levels.
• Taking care of replenishment / initial allocation for O&O EMEA Stores.
• Developing and maintaining reports and tools finding the best way to make them efficient and useful for the team.

Key Responsibility 1: Support the logistic High-End flows

• Organize the returns of creations on the logistic platform
• Organize specific transport request between boutiques
• Be responsible for the follow up of all the logistic procedures
• Be the key contact person for logistic topics between logistics team and boutiques.

Key Responsibility 2: Be the key contact for High End Creations request

• Inform the boutiques about availability, times and prices of HJ creations
• Relay and support boutiques requests
• Be responsible to form, inform boutiques of the good use of High-End Tools.

Key Responsibility 3: Manage all the sales support tools

• Create the product sheets for all client requests
• Request and follow up the after sales packages
• Create and print all the products leaflets for High End events.

Key Responsibility 4: Support the High-End Team with stock visualization

• Organize stock rebalancing
• Analyze and organize stock allocation
• Promote available stock to boutiques.

• Research & Benchmarking: Analyze current ML models (TF-IDF/Random Forest) in comparison to state-of-the-art Deep Learning and LLM architectures
• Multimodal Development: Design and prototype models that process text as well as technical drawings and metadata
• Performance Optimization: Define metrics to increase accuracy in identifying export control sensitivities
• Prototyping: Implement Proof-of-Concepts (PoC) and integrate them into the existing AI tool
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Legal Experts to ensure regulatory compliance.

AI & Data Governance (Framework & Implementation)

• Support the development and operationalization of an AI governance framework (policies, standards, risk classification, lifecycle controls)
• Assist in defining AI use case intake, review, and approval processes
• Contribute to documentation of AI model lifecycle standards (development, validation, monitoring, retirement)
• Support risk, compliance, and responsible AI topics (ethics, bias, explainability, security)
• Help prepare governance materials for internal stakeholders and leadership reviews
• Benchmark external best practices and regulatory developments related to AI governance.

Business Requirements & Use Case Development

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and refine AI use cases
• Conduct structured requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Translate business needs into functional and high-level technical requirements
• Support use case prioritization based on value, feasibility, and risk
• Assist in defining KPIs, value metrics, and success criteria
• Create structured documentation (business case, requirements, user stories).

End-to-End Ownership of 1–2 AI Use Cases

• Take ownership of 1–2 AI initiatives from concept to implementation
• Coordination between business stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists, and IT teams
• Track progress, risks, and milestones
• Ensure alignment with governance standards and enterprise architecture
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance
• Contribute to rollout planning and value tracking
• Present outcomes and lessons learned to Digital & Data leadership.
