  • Preparing clear, structured deliverables including presentations, comparison frameworks, and executive summaries for internal stakeholders.
  • Support CI culture in Service Sales through Lean Six Sigma
  • Drive and lead internal Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP)
  • Map, analyze, and optimize our sales process landscape
  • Standardize and simplify processes across multiple interfaces

  • Support in managing various shop component suppliers for our EMEA-wide store and shop projects, including performance management, inventory management and data management

  • Support in preparing appointments and events such as townhalls, workshops and team events
  • Updating various handouts, guidelines and templates for the roll-out of stores and shops
