• Support MSAT Validation Expert from Vaxcyte program in the preparation of validation documents: specifically in writing of process validation protocols and validation reports (support MSAT Expert by adding results into reports, taking care of the document layout preparation for archiving documents in DMS system, verification of data, entering results into validation reports, etc.).
  • Supporting during the process validation phase by preparing part of documents of process characterization studies, development studies and validation supporting studies.
  • Support MSAT Validation SME in the preparation of continued process verification plan.
  • Support MSAT Val SME in the preparation of Product Quality Reviews.
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition team with end‑to‑end recruitment activities for various European affiliates

The aim of this internship project announcement is to establish a reserve list of successful candidates for various teams in the Capabilities Directorate of Europol. Specifically, there is one (1) available internship slot in the ICT Strategy & Execution Coordination Unit (C1-1) and two (2) available internship slots in the Budget Planning & Reporting team (C2-22) within the Finance Unit. 

The internship project will consist of one (1) internship slot and will focus on supporting financial planning and budget governance activities including tracking budget allocations, preparing reports and streamlining coordination across ICT projects.

This internship project will consist of two (2) internship slots and will focus on supporting the team in the transition to the new financial system. Interns will be involved in various activities aimed at improving financial processes, enhancing reporting tools, and ensuring smooth system integration. 

  • Enhance the current dashboard of Quality Indicators in Power BI, automate data collection, and improve the content to match operational needs (using SAP, Microsoft tools).
  • Redesign existing GMP risk assessments, and continue working on process risks that could affect Quality (with a focus on the crystallization area).

During that period, you will have to review shopfloor practices against GMP requirements: identify any gaps, raise alerts, and propose improvements.

You could also occasionally participate in the daily tasks of the Quality Assurance Manager (e.g., deviation and complaint management).
