• Collaborate with the Model Risk Management team to monitor and report on model risks and risk relevant metadata across the organization
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports to track and communicate model risk and metadata metrics
  • Contribute to the enhancement of model risk management processes and procedures through active involvement
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to learn about best practices and industry trends in model risk management including AI models

  • Monitoring media and formatting the ICC Daily Press Review, featuring news articles relevant to developments in the ICC’s situation countries, as well as media coverage of the Court’s activities and proceedings (in English and French).

Website and social media 

  • Monitoring social media
  • Support new website/social media projects, assisting in designing infographics and visuals
  • Assist with photography projects including inserting metadata, compiling selected photos for specific themes and projects, assist in securing permission to use external photographs
  • Assist with uploading archive of videos onto our server and insert metadata into photographs.

General assistance

  • Help maintain the Public Affairs Unit mailing list
  • Assisting journalists at the Court’s Information Desk during key public hearings, providing them with badges to access the media centre and other practical information
  • Escorting visitors and arranging meetings when necessary
  • Take notes at specific meetings
  • Perform background research

As a Working Student / Intern / Thesis Student in the Software Asset Management (SAM) team, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting IT operations within a dynamic, global organization. You’ll help enhance operational efficiency by exploring how emerging technologies—like AI and SAP Signavio—can improve business processes and compliance across the company.

Your work will directly contribute to improving our IT service quality, optimizing software usage, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Along the way, you’ll develop critical thinking and project management skills while collaborating on real-world initiatives that shape the future of our digital operations.

  • Support the team by conducting legal research and analysis, contributing to the preparation of legal advice, studies, and documentation.
  • Take notes during meetings and assist in the preparation of reports of meetings of the subsidiary bodies of the Assembly, i.e. summarize discussions, highlighting key points and various perspectives for further analysis.
  • Assist in drafting and editing correspondence, letters, and notes, ensuring that all relevant information is accurately included and clearly presented.
  • Provide support with various ad hoc tasks as requested, offering general assistance to the legal team as needed.
