Création de supports de communication

• Concevoir et réaliser des présentations PowerPoint percutantes
• Produire des vidéos explicatives pour sensibiliser les équipes à l'IA et à ses applications.
• Rédiger des documents Word (guides, procédures, etc.) pour accompagner le déploiement.
• Mettre à jour et organiser l'espace SharePoint dédié au projet
• Animation de réunions
• Préparer et animer des réunions d'équipe ou des ateliers de travail avec les différentes parties prenantes
• Assurer le suivi des actions et la diffusion des informations.

Pilotage transverse du déploiement

• Participer à la coordination des différentes équipes impliquées dans le déploiement de l'IA
• Suivre l'avancement des projets et identifier les points de blocage
• Contribuer à la mise en place d'indicateurs de performance et de tableaux de bord.

Création d'agents IA

• Participer à la conception et au développement d'agents conversationnels (chatbots) ou d'autres applications d'IA pour répondre aux besoins de la direction Qualité
• Tester et améliorer les agents IA en fonction des retours des utilisateurs
• Documenter développements et les bonnes pratiques.
