  • Savoir mener une analyse approfondie en utilisant différentes data source sur une feature, un parcours, une franchise d’un produit ou autres
  • Créer des dashboards visuels et attractifs dans Looker studio
  • Initier des sessions de recette sur les dashboards existants pour s’assurer de la qualité de la donnée partagée avec les équipes (marchés et centrales).

 

During this administrative internship, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to managing, analyzing, and improving our information and data structures. You will participate in process optimization and, with your fresh perspective, provide valuable input for more efficient ways of working. Your Responsibilities:

 

Database Management & Information Analysis

  • Cleaning, updating, and optimizing the Microsoft Access database.
  • Identifying data discrepancies and proposing improvements.
  • Analyzing existing information processes and exploring opportunities for enhancement.

Administrative Support

  • Handling administrative processes related to incoming and outgoing repair items.
  • Processing registrations and other administrative records.
  • Investigating, organizing, and coordinating various operational matters.

Process Improvement

  • Updating existing procedures and forms.
  • Contributing ideas and solutions for administrative challenges.
  • Actively sharing insights and suggestions to make processes more efficient.

 

In close collaboration with other staff members of the APD HR team, under the direct supervision of the Associate Administrative and HR Officer and the overall guidance of the Head of Division, the HR Intern shall assist in performing the following duties:

  • Re-design and re-organization of the HR filing system
  • Additional administrative support to the HR team.

 

Corporate communications

  • Day-to-day management of B2B social media channels, including updating ETC’s social media calendar, drafting and scheduling social media posts etc.
  • Help in preparing replies to external media enquiries
  • Help in checking media monitoring reports
  • Support in drafting and editing press releases
  • Updating of ETC’s website (www.etc-corporate.org): drafting and posting articles, editing text, adding photos, etc.
  • Support designing visuals required for external communications and events (social media banners, carousels, etc).

Advocacy

  • Drafting presentations and speeches for ETC advocacy interventions
  • Support in organising and hosting of ETC advocacy meetings and events
  • Helping the ETC advocacy team in drafting statements, position papers, and official letters
  • Participation in ETC meetings in Brussels (as required).
  • Multimedia content creation and digital communications
    • Support the production of the new Trade Map promotional video
    • Contribute to the development of video tutorials and guided walkthroughs
    • Assist in the creation of social media content, including posts, visuals and short-form videos to promote Trade Map
    • Assist in preparing communication materials for launch and outreach activities.
  • Launch Event Support
    • Support the preparation and delivery of the Trade Map launch webinar
    • Assist in organising and coordinating online events related to the launch ITC champions workforce diversity, inclusion, gender equality and gender parity and considers all qualified persons - of all genders - equally, including those with disabilities, without discrimination or prejudice of any kind.
