• Provide ongoing support to the digital marketing team in the rollout of our new digital activations across our GORE-TEX® Brand B2C & B2B communication touchpoints 
  • Support the GORE-TEX Brand social media management across platforms, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Support the ongoing creative content ideation and creation, including copywriting, image sourcing, and video editing in collaboration with creative agencies
  • Collaborate on PowerPoint presentations for team meetings, client updates, and strategy sessions
  • Creatively help develop and implement web content
  • Assist with website content management, ensuring timely updates and optimization
  • Assist in creating reports to track the performance of campaigns and social media engagement and deduce learnings for future campaigns.

 

As an intern with V&MR you will be embedded in a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals. We use advanced techniques for the validation of valuation and risk models, and the implementation of these models into our internal libraries. We analyse the mathematical foundation of models, implement independent challenger models to assess the performance, and provide advice to senior management. As inter you will contribute to all of these aspects.   Our code is written in C++ and Python and our software runs in the cloud. Being part of Valuation & Market Risk combines knowledge of financial markets, quantitative models and IT.

  • Support projects that improve environmental performance such as:  develop a concept to systematically track a validate data for groundwater monitoring and support systematic tracking and validation of waste data 
  • Create reports and lessons learned of environmental events  
  • Support measurements and reporting such as noise measurements and emission reports  
  • Assist the Tesla EHS team in environmental protection and beyond .
  • Support the Court-wide learning needs analysis process;
  • Assist with drafting the Court’s Learning Plan by researching and developing course outlines, forecasting costs, developing stakeholder maps, and producing a work breakdown structure of milestones for the budget year;
  • Assist with training coordination by working with managers and trainers to schedule training and development opportunities, organise venues, and develop course materials;
  • Support the L&D team on financial administration, training budget analysis and training procurement activities
  • Support training evaluation by conducting surveys and post training following up with managers to assess impact in team performance;
  • Help with researching, analysing and proposing new ideas to improve current practices (e.g. redesign of the onboarding day, Learning Plan).
  • Assist with administering the Court's learning and development programmes e.g. Mentoring, onboarding and language programmes as well as learning management systems;
  • Contribute to the L&D project management by conducting research, analysis and development/production work.   

Internal Communication

  • Provide support with organising and implementing communications designed to support key projects and initiatives, including drafting, editing, proofreading, and layout of content (e.g. newsletters, meetings, events);
  • Assist with, providing regular (written and/or verbal) updates to ensure that organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to staff members and stakeholders;
  • Assist with developing compelling and engaging editorial, multimedia and digital content to be disseminated across multiple talent outreach channels, such as websites, social media, newsletters, in partnership with the relevant stakeholders;
  • Working closely with relevant communication colleagues across the organization to ensure alignment with the organizational brand;
  • Supporting the preparation and development of guidelines, documents, trainings, workshops, webinars, learning materials, case studies, events, best practices and guides to build organizational internal communication;
  • Provide support with inputs on performance indicators and monitor progress towards capacity building outcomes and impacts.
